It's been a long time since I've actually been on DA much less posted anything, I do believe I'm starting to see a pattern... My poor neglected Livejournal, and Gaia, and online classes... that last one, probably important. Pattern: Yes, I do think so.

I've been in kinda a funk lately, sick, and it's not the "stay home and get better" sick but the "bad enough to make you miserable but not enough to convince mom to let you stay home with her" sick. Yeah, my mom is sick too, comes with her job I suppose. She works in child care, preschoolers are breeding grounds for disease.

I've been depressed too, had a panic attack a few days ago... I think it's the weight of senior year coming down on me. I'm frantically trying to raise my GPA, that's what the online classes are for, and my new art teacher is driving me up a wall. I've NEVER dreaded art class like I do now, she kept me from starting my project for two weeks, despite the fact that I'm an AP student and should be working on my own pieces, because I refused to put my self (as in, a photo of my self) into a decoupage piece. I simply feel that my art will reflect who I am regardless but my face expresses very little. I personally find it to be vain and trivial but apparently it's "extremely detrimental to my composition" if a poorly taken photo of me is not included. But, most of all, I am DEEPLY offended, as a once aspiring art teacher, by the fact that she sits at her desk, talking on her headset all period in lieu of helping her students. I miss Mr. C and I'm now seriously considering going into Law or English.

I feel defeated in so many ways.
